Ava Stern brings her extensive experience and contacts in corporate finance and capital formation to direct MSS in overall management, capitalization, and selection of top quality personnel. Having founded Enterprising Women and the NY Association of Women Business Owners, as well as a corporate and financial marketing communications agency that was instrumental in the financing of 48 IPOs representing more than $1 billion in securities, numerous private financings for emerging growth technology companies, and investor relations programs for corporations and banks, Ava was also a founding principal of the RainbowVision resort/retirement community, for which she structured and arranged $33 million in debt & equity financing, as well as $15 million for the company’s second project in Palm Springs, CA.

R. Douglas Nelson:
Co-founder, Chief Technology & Design Officer
From the time he worked as a Disney Imagineer for Disneyland and Epcot, Doug Nelson has devised imaginative concepts and directed their implementation, creating “Interactive Entertainment” in multiple media. After designing virtual worlds, theme parks and themed resorts, rides, exhibits & displays, World’s Fair pavilions, and producing many promotional videos and commercials, Doug refocused his efforts onto the development of multisensory systems, including his patented AromaComposerTM. As a business and tax attorney, Marc Rosenberg has prepared thousands of legal documents related to aspects of business from startup companies to multimillion-dollar international corporations. Marc acts as MSS’ business advisor and corporate counsel preparing and reviewing its legal and accounting documents.
Alexis Nelson:
Executive Producer,
Digital Media Production, Virtual Reality Programming
Alexis Nelson will bring MSS her management and entertainment industry experience in digital production, branding, marketing, and content creation. As Founder and Executive Producer of award-winning digital production studio, HOAX Films, Alexis served as Visual Effects Producer for Deadliest Warrior, Spike TV’s most popular series, supervising a team of 30 artists, produced an HTML5 web-based marketing campaign that has won 14 awards for biotechnology and design, and has been recognized industry-wide as an emerging and innovative leader. She has managed graphics, animation and visual effects for the Discovery series Bad Universe, and at Warner Bros. led CG production on short films for the United States President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. As former CTO & CIO of iPayment Inc. (NASDAQ: IPMT) Masih Madani directed the design and implementation of iPayment’s Transaction Processing Gateway, the secure Internet gateway that interfaces with the merchant’s website to process credit card transactions, as well as Ka-Chingg and Verify-My-ID software. Masih will apply his sophisticated programming expertise and business experience to serve a key advisory position on the further development and protection of the IP of MSS, as well as providing its transactional back-end.

As an innovative structural and civil engineer, Kent Bingham is known for his innovations in building materials and building systems, design and fabrication of prototypical mechanical systems and as Founder of Entertainment Engineering, Inc. He has advised MSS in the development of its aroma systems and related multisensory theater environments, and will help fine-tune the final stages of MSS’ commercial production.

For over 30 years, Tom Cook played key roles in the design, construction, and operation of 4- & 5-Star Hotels, Resorts and Casinos such as Santa Barbara Biltmore, The Bellagio, Montage Laguna Beach, Wynn Las Vegas, Montage Beverly Hills, Terranea Resort Palos Verdes, and Montage Kapalua Bay. Tom will provide significant C-level introduction of the MultiSensory Systems in the premier hospitality & gaming property sectors, and guide the company’s sales and marketing strategy.

Amy Goldberg-Kaminski:

With her 20 years of successful sales to the Resort Spas, Med Spas and Medical markets, Amy will provide strategic leadership of the sales & marketing team for the Spas/Resorts and Corporate markets, particularly for leasing the MultiSensory SystemTM. Her established relationships throughout the country will help successfully launch and penetrate this market.

Ed Lantz is an entertainment technology engineer, entrepreneur, immersive experience designer and pioneer of large-format digital cinema. His company, Vortex Immersion Media, produces immersive and interactive experiences for Fortune 500 brands including Condé Nast, EMC2, Microsoft, NFL, Nike, and Sprint. Ed provides MSS with his engineering and marketing expertise in immersive multisensory theater environments and has partnered with MSS to create Virtual Spa and theatrical venues for group immersive experiences. Dan Mapes:
Dan Mapes served as CEO of eCity Studios in LA, CEO of SynergyLab and the World Internet Center in San Francisco, where he pioneered the creation of web-based digital media and video game applications. Dan brings to MSS his strong background in management and high tech product development and his 30+ years of experience in the development of digital media and innovative marketing.

Mr. Peltier’s former company, AromaSys, scented hundreds of hotels, resorts, casinos, spas and retail stores around the world. Mark will bring his entrepreneurial, management, marketing and business development experience in the Hospitality/Gaming Industry to introduce sales opportunities to MSS, as well as lend his considerable expertise in strategic planning, innovative technical product development and manufacturing.
