Multisensory Systems™

The founders, Zubin Levy and R. Douglas Nelson, came together fifteen years ago to combine many sophisticated mind-body technologies into a single device, a 21st century multisensory projection system that is immersive, interactive, and guides users through powerful and personal inner journeys. This unique system integrates visual imagery, three-dimensional sound, aroma and full body vibration into a unique multisensory“InnerTainment” experience.

This project gave birth to the AromaComposerTM.

The AromaComposer has the unique ability to select from and/or combine any number of pure essential oils into a stunning variety of instantly customized blends with immediate synergy with the other sensory experience elements being presented. As a result, a completely new aromatic adventure can be directed to the user in a matter of seconds, providing for a nearly immediate influence on mood, dramatically effecting the Total Experience esthetic intensity and fulfillment landscape or healing process.

Prototypes have been undergoing intensive testing and evaluation in our California studio, resulting in highly refined system designs and very effective approaches to software production.

The AromaComposer, has the capacity to touch people in profound ways, and has applications for persons with special needs including those with autism. Our 4th generation “Special Needs” prototype, with molds, has just been completed, designed for integration into Snoezelen Rooms or “Multisensory Environments” (MSE’s).

We are now seeking grant funding to produce a limited number of prototypes “Special Needs” aromaComposers, and to place them into the hands of appropriate persons and facilities for BETA testing.

Special Needs therapists and teachers will experiment with product usage and methodology, make recommendations, and certify these systems. Other healing practitioners will have their chances as well. Using our automated programming, they will have a chance to see how it complements existing therapies and services, and what opportunities exist for new applications. Using our intuitive manual control interface, users can create their own aromatic worlds, develop hand-nose coordination and received exercise as well.

This BETA program will also help to develop appropriate methods of product integration and the creation of specialized control interfaces for persons facing various challenges relating to:

  • Developmental Disability
  • Children with Special Needs
  • Autism
  • Mental Health
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Stroke & Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Pain Control
  • Dementia, Alzheimer’s, “Sundowners”
  • Hospice

We are seeking both funding and applicants for the BETA program. Please feel free to contacts us.
